Naso-matto offers men's essential clothing, including but not limited to sweaters, jackets, shirts, and trousers. We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see depend on your monitor settings, and we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the actual colors of products. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to change without notice.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
3.1 Prices: All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3.2 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CONFIRMATION

4.2 Order Confirmation: Upon submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
4.3 Acceptance: Your order is accepted when we ship the products to you. At that point, a binding contract is formed between you and us for the sale of those products.
4.4 Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.1 Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options as displayed at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on destination and selected shipping method.
5.2 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, and customs processing for international orders.
5.3 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5.4 International Shipping: For international orders, you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
6.1 Return Period: You may return most items within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
6.2 Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
6.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@naso-matto.com. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
6.4 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6.5 Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6.6 Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, personalized items, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
7. EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing of your request and availability of your preferred item.
8. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at info@naso-matto.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
9. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
9.1 Product Warranty: All products are sold "as is" and we make no express warranties beyond those stated herein.
9.2 Disclaimer: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
