Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has already entered fulfillment or has shipped, changes and cancellations may not be possible. Contact us through Contact Us as soon as possible with your order number.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always. Orders may ship in multiple parcels because items can be fulfilled from different locations.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the destinations available at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times are estimates and depend on destination, carrier performance, and customs processing (if applicable).
Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, or carrier handling charges. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking details are sent after dispatch when provided by the carrier. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?
International tracking can pause during long-distance transport or customs. If there’s no movement for an extended period, contact us through Contact Us with your order number and tracking number.
Tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Check with household members, neighbors, reception/mailroom, and review the delivery address. Then contact us via Contact Us.
Returns & refunds
Can I return an item?
Returns are handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Place a new order and request a return for the original item (subject to the Returns policy).

Will the color look exactly like the photos?
Colors can vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
How do I choose the right size?
Use our Size Guide and the sizing notes on each product page when available. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit.
