Taking proper care of your garments extends their life and keeps the fit and fabric looking better for longer. Always follow the care label inside the item—if the label differs from the guidance below, the label takes priority.
General care rules

Wash less, air more. Over-washing shortens fabric life.

Turn garments inside out before washing to reduce friction and fading.

Use cold or low-temperature washes when possible.

Avoid overloading the washing machine.

Keep darks and lights separate.
Cotton (T-shirts, shirts, sweatshirts)

Wash cold or warm (preferably low temperature)

Use mild detergent

Avoid heavy tumble drying to reduce shrinkage

Iron on medium heat if needed
Denim (jeans)

Wash inside out, infrequently

Cold wash preferred

Wool / knitwear

Leather / faux leather

Wipe clean with a damp cloth

Use leather conditioner where appropriate (real leather)

Shoes (general)

Remove surface dirt with a soft brush or cloth

Air dry naturally if wet; avoid direct heat

Use shoe trees to preserve shape (optional)

Store away from humidity
Storage

Fold heavy knitwear (don’t hang)

Hang shirts and jackets on proper hangers

Keep garments in a dry, ventilated space
